1. Controller

FullstackHub, represented by Donghwan Kim (“we”), processes personal information through the websites and mobile applications we provide.

2. Information we collect

• Unique identifier, email address, name, and profile information provided through Google or Apple sign-in
• Service activity, access time, device, operating system, app version, error, and diagnostic information
• Device tokens used for push notifications and service data submitted or saved by users
• Name, email address, and message supplied with a support request

3. How we use information

• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Provide, synchronize, and notify users about the service
• Analyze errors, maintain security, and improve the service
• Respond to inquiries and comply with legal obligations

4. Google user data

We access only the basic account information authorized during Google sign-in and use it solely for authentication and account management.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Retention and deletion

We delete personal information when an account is closed or its processing purpose is fulfilled. Information required by law is retained separately for the required period and then deleted.

You may use the in-app account deletion feature or request deletion at support@fullstackhub.net.

6. Providers, international processing, and disclosure

We may use cloud and authentication providers such as Google Cloud, Firebase, Apple, and Amazon Web Services. Information may be processed in their overseas data centers subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except with consent or as required by law.

7. Your rights and security

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent at support@fullstackhub.net. We respond after appropriate identity verification and in accordance with applicable law.

We apply safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, separation of secrets, logging, and system reviews.
